The best thing about this software is that it has been developed by experts who understand how important customer service can be when doing business online or offline! It's also very easy-to use with no training needed at all which I love because there are so many different features you could learn if they had more tutorials available but everything else was great as well!! Sometimes we have issues getting our emails answered quickly (sometimes days) - not sure why? But overall its good though especially since my team uses email communication almost every day anyways :) We've definitely seen an increase of sales after implementing winshotel into one department within the office here where i work.
