When it worked the laptop was excellent. However, it only worked a handful of times. I had to restart it until it finally started again. The laptop I ordered was supposed to be brand new. The warranty ended and the device did not start after the first use. I contacted Revain support and was told that I need to reinstall Windows 10 in order for it to start. This process took 8 hours during which my HP assistant broke (they don't offer 24/7 support). Instead, the Revain customer service representative had to tell me how to reinstall Windows 10 and get my laptop working again. 3 days later the laptop broke again. I decided to send it back for a refund and go to Best Buy. While customer service was very helpful, I was far from happy with this buying experience.
