I like that it is easy to navigate through all of our different courses; as well as creating customizing your own course library for any type or content you need! It would be nice if we could save some time by having everything available in one place rather than multiple places - but they are working hard at making this happen soon! They provide great customer service everytime there's an issue with their system. A lot of other options out there don't offer such quality support. We use them primarily because we have many classes throughout various departments which makes administration difficult without something automated.
