My rating really falls somewhere between a 3 and 4. The ball comes nicely packaged with a pump and extra stoppers. It was about as easy to blow up as any of the other balls we have. It stands on its legs when unoccupied as described, which definitely is nice. The problem is the size. The ball is described as large enough for adults. In terms of sitting on it, that's absolutely true. It's very sturdy. As a desk chair, it's nice tall enough. My husband and I are both around 5'9", so well within the height stated in the description. Because of this we are using it for exercise.
