There are many reasons why you might like this mount. First, it lays flat when disassembled, allowing it to easily fit into a case. Second, once assembled, it's incredibly durable. The mount stays attached to the retractable mount, but still allows for easy rotation and movement. The mount also has very tight ends that hold your device VERY securely, which is exactly what I want in a mount. Your phone won't fall out with this thing clipped onto it. I've tried it with a 10" tablet and it's held up great, but I've only used it once - just wanted the phone's screen to be closer to my eyes. However, I think it will hold the weight with repeated use. One thing I don't like is that the cable that came with the Mini 2 is too short to use with this mount and unfortunately a longer cable isn't included. This means you'll have to use a different mount if you use this mount and sacrifice the convenience offered by the DJI controller's built-in cables. However, it is extremely durable and well made, which is why I recommend it.
