Lock failed to open

Liked the box until we locked it and it would not open. Not sure why the mechanism failed. Purchased for my granddaughter who was disappointed that it broke right away. We sent it back with no problems and ordered the same box with a key lock. Granddaughter is much happier. Seems like a sturdy box and with the lock not working, her money was safe! ;)

Pros

Cheaply made, lock is to be desired. Very lose and don't stay on numbers.

Cons

The lid pops open too easily, particularly when the box is jostled or bumped
