Overall this is a good device that should last for many years. Unfortunately mine was defective. Both L-Brackets could easily slide into one side of the T-Frame, but neither could slide into the other side of the T-Frame without quickly clamping and then were difficult to remove. Apparently there was an obstruction inside that looked like a bad weld, or at least wasn't polished (like the other side). The company put a bright yellow card in the box to show how important customer feedback is to them, especially when they don't deserve a 4+ rating. You have asked to be contacted directly on this map but no contact is provided. After finding their phone number in the owner's manual, I've called them three times in the past two weeks and left messages with no response. I took matters into my own hands and sanded down a channel in an L bracket where it clearly interfered with the inside of the T frame. The scratch was easy to trace. This solved the problem for me, plus some spray paint to protect it again. The hour is lost, but not tragic.
