Works great and sharp

Works well and can be pretty aggressive if you want it! I've used it to chop limes and lemons, as well as slicing carrots. Works well with hard ginger root, but not softer ones. This is hot stuff! Thorough cleaning! Watch your fingers when using it! Also, I wish the cleaning brush had a scraper to remove material from the backing. I use a fork grip.

Pros

KITCHEN ESSENTIAL: Perfect for parmesan cheese, lemon, citrus, orange, nutmeg, chocolate, ginger, vegetables and fruit and even garlic. In addition, this grater is very easy to clean after use. You can just rinse it off and wipe it off with a kitchen towel or just put it in the dishwasher, it's dishwasher safe.
