That seemed like a great deal at $43 and when I saw the price go up $100 after a few days I thought that was proof that it was a good deal. I like the pen and the size is good too. However, two questions. Firstly, after some use, I think it's too soft, not enough bone. I use it with mild creams like TOBS but not with harsher shaving soaps. Secondly, as others have mentioned, he lost some hair. All in all, this is a very good $43 brush if you're after something super soft. But for $130+ I would definitely pass even if you have unlimited money. you can do a lot better for less money. If you like stiffer brushes like boar bristle then definitely don't bother with these, even if they drop to $1.
