If left for more than a few minutes, it no longer feels the hand. You have to smack it or manually squeeze the lever for it to work - that defeats the purpose of a touchless dispenser. Hands, you can't pull out the towel manually, you need to touch it. Touch the same spot other people touch. So you always have to wash your hands. I took a break from the endless cycle of hand washing and manually starting the machine to enter this review. I have to wash my hands again.
