I love that you can easily send out reminders for meetings or events, which is super helpful! You also have the option of setting up reminders to follow-up after an event has been attended as well. The notifications about new orders are great too! There isn't anything I dislike yet but I'm sure there will be once they add more features! We're using Samewave mostly for keeping our team organized when it comes to scheduling meetings and event planning. It's helped us manage all of those things so we don't need another app/tool.
