Based on the reviews and description I had high hopes for this camera. I was disappointed. Image quality (light and focus) is mediocre at best. I have plenty of light in my office, including a ring lamp that sits three inches from the camera.) The zoom feature comes in four preset levels (frustratingly) that don't stay on consistently between meetings. Angle and pitch adjustments are okay but clumsy. Also, the camera has to be set at an off-center angle to get me in the center of the camera frame. I bought this camera to replace my 10 year old Logitech QuickCam Orbit camera which was showing its age especially in the image quality. Unfortunately, Orbit's picture quality is still superior to this new camera. Reading other reviews makes me wonder if we are even talking about the same camera. For example, the description and other reviews mention a shutter to cover the lens. My camera does not have this function.
