This shirt is well made and cool and totally worth the price on sale! ;-) I overheat easily and needed something half decent because I wear them to work (I work in the fitness industry). I'm 5ft 7in, 165-170lbs, 38D, large chest and broad shoulders; I ordered L and XL and although both fit I wanted the top to be loose fitting so I ordered XL when I came back to order more of these shirts. L would be big enough if it wasn't for my chest, I found that throughout the day when I wear a large I often had to adjust the shirt a bit so it didn't pull on my chest. So, I would say order your normal shirt size, but if you are busty or just want a little more room, order a size up. I love that they are practical for working out but also look sophisticated enough to pair with jeans or even a casual skirt for everyday wear.
