I expected more for $80. It's a bit cheap and there are more fancy lights than I really need; I keep it blue all the time but it took me a while to figure out how to do it as there is a typical language issue in the instructions. (As a grammarian, I feel the need to be a copywriter.) The biggest downside to this board isn't the tinny feel, it's the sloppy, wobbly keys that confuse me. And the light isn't directional enough to properly illuminate the keys when you need to find them. I also miss the three lights. If you type on light keys, you'll love this as the keys are pressed with a soft touch, but I like harder keys that have a firmer feel. This board works very well despite being flat. I still use my IBM Model Ms and the curved board set at 40 degrees is still the most comfortable for me. I would feel better if this board was $40. Fur. I tried very hard to get used to the board, but the buttons were too flexible and the adjustments too easy. After 3 weeks I gave up and sent it back. luck next time.
