I bought one like this for a wheelchair and got so many extras for it! I turn it on when I go to concerts in theme parks or clubs in the evening. This makes it much easier to see where the edges of my chair wheels are, making it less likely for people to step on me. I'm buying another one to put on my racing wheelchair so I have colors to match the costumes I'm wearing (I ride RunDisney and crossovers are welcome!). The product was easy to install; Batteries last a long time, even in color changing mode. Can't comment on the water resistance as it sits under my wheelchair seat and doesn't get wet.
