The most helpful thing I like about VT is that it has all of my templates in one place, so I don't have to go searching for them everywhere else. It took me some time to get used to the layout. But once you do, it's very easy to use. Also, the customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're friendly and helpful, other times they can be quite rude. I'd say that if you want a document management system, this may not be the best choice. However, if you're looking for something more specific, try a few different options. We are solving our Document Management problems by using vtdocs. Our business benefits from being able to share documents in real time. Also, we've been able to track what changes each person made to a file.
