I've been using this shampoo for probably 8 years so it's obvious that I'm a big fan of it. I have very fine hair that I have to cut short because it just gives the appearance of having thicker hair. When I used it for the first time, I was amazed. I immediately noticed with a wet head that I felt a volume that wasn't there before. I wash my hair every day but of course it's not necessary and I've been advised to cut back due to color issues (my hair freezes every 6 weeks). My hair never feels dry or brittle, it's just clean and full. I highly recommend it for people with very fine hair.
