I made a batch of enchiladas in one of these pans, after which the food residue washed off easily when washed. Don't worry about rubbing too hard to remove the grease. They're easy to clean and lightweight, which is nice. They are not inferior in quality and with a lack of weight. Saving space is also a big concern for me and they fit together perfectly. The red plastic handles are easy to remove and reattach for thorough cleaning. I can finally ditch my old Rachel Ray pots with confidence in my new set.
