Sure, but you can do better for a lot of money.
I agree that it is very easy to install. All you have to do is slide two metal partitions between the sun visor and the road. Fits most sun visors and you can even fit some on your seat backs if you have the means. It's not the cleanest mirror, but I think if you're just using it for applying makeup or whatever, it will work.
