It was easy enough to use as well has being able to find other travel tech providers in our network of partners. I don't like how you have limited access when using their website or mobile app versus your computer/tablet - there are too many times that we want to look up something while driving but can only do so through apps such as Google Maps which doesn’t allow us see all relevant information about what's happening outside (i.e., traffic). We also noticed they were not always updating any new technology quickly after launch therefore leaving it outdated compared with competitors who had more updated products available at time of purchase thus giving them advantage over others looking into similar services/products.
