Avon is a huge step up from standard plastic waste. Passenger grip was a challenge when fitted to the new Road Glide with the RDRS option. The handle has an eccentric end that does not fit into the switch body. I had to take a dremel with a sanding attachment and round off the eccentric end to clean the body and set it to the right depth. Essentially, this makes the end round, like a stock grip. Once this is done and tested, a few drops of heavy duty superglue are all it takes to install the grip. The effort was worth it as these holds are different at night and during the day.
