I received this product for my new X series controllers. The product was packaged very nicely. The LED indicators change depending on whether the batteries are fully charged. The battery life is quite good, I usually play 5-8 hours. The only thing is that you have to move the controller a bit to start charging. But even that doesn't really matter. Very happy with my purchase.
