We love this help robot! It transitions seamlessly from hardwood to carpet and back again. The suction power is stronger than I originally thought. When we emptied the trash can there was a lot of extra hair and crumbs that I have never seen on our carpet or floor. The operating noise is not so loud, which makes it easy to live and do your own thing. It even has three levels of cleaning, including a turbo mode that makes it really difficult to remove dust and dirt particles. We love the fact that you can schedule cleaning times. It also has a remote control, but we found it accurately represented the layout of our open floor plan. Get smarter with every clean. We may have to buy a mop head to see how well it cleans the floor. Overall, this robot vacuum is very reasonably priced for the features you get. I can't recommend this item enough if you don't want to get out of the rack all the time. We have found that using this little helper makes a huge difference in cleanliness and has saved us loads of time!
