I never write reviews, but I felt it was justified. I was very skeptical of how well this product would work as I have used about 3 different hair straighteners, all rated 4 stars and above. It really works! It gets HOT and actually straightens my hair! I have thick, semi-curly hair and it takes a lot of heat to straighten it. And it works! I will say that I am pleased with the glove because I definitely burned my fingers trying to hold my hair back to get the ends. I will say if you want to do something fancy or have super curly hair I'm not sure if this is for you as I don't feel like it's very tight on the scalp and I am not sure if you could ruffle it or something.
