The product is absolutely worthless, don't buy it.

In general, I am sorry that I made the purchase. Although upgrading to the pro version does resolve some of the issues, the cost is completely inappropriate. In the end, I decided to give it to my wife, and I went back to my usual pair of wired headphones by Sony. These headphones are quite old, but other than that, I was satisfied with everything about them except the wires. Has some pros - The amount of battery life in both the headphones and the case - Small in size, devoid of cables - Construction quality Having this drawback: - The sound is so poor that I had to switch back to wired headphones. - There is no stereo sound when the microphone is active (when connected to a MacBook Pro). The sound quality is reduced to the point where it is difficult to differentiate. After having used it for a period of four months, the sound was no longer audible in the right ear. I had no choice but to send it in to be fixed; for a fee of one thousand and five hundred dollars, they wiped the dirt off of it; this was not the case with any of the other headphones (the internal mesh becomes clogged) It is very evident that the cost is excessively high (like the entire Apple ecosystem) - If you do not place the headphones in the case, they will be discharged even while they are OUTSIDE of your ear, which is both peculiar and inconvenient. Recently, I forgot to return them to the case before bed, and when I checked the battery the next morning, it was 0%. And the most significant drawback for me is that they do not remain in the ears for an extended period of time. Nothing at all from the word; they come off when they come in contact with garments or when they are going down the street (not to mention running or training) - Is not water resistant and therefore cannot be used in the rain. - Has compatibility issues with both the MacBook and the iPhone. When you initially use them, they will automatically connect to your iPhone; however, you will need to manually reconnect them to your laptop rather frequently (although the auto-connect mode is set in the settings) - The exterior of the case scratches easily and ages poorly (due to its glossy finish). - You have to either open the headphones themselves or attach them to your phone and remove the earpiece in order to check the battery life. Having an indicator that is visible from the outside would be more convenient.
