I'm amazed at the results I've had with this laundry detergent.

When I travel this summer I need a detergent that doesn't take up much space. I'm pretty picky about laundry so I really gave these detergents a try. Instructions are not entirely clear on how much to use. The recommended dose is: for light stains "only one garment weighing less than 6.5 pounds", for moderate stains "only 2 garments weighing more than 6.5 pounds". & less than 13 lbs" and for heavy stains only 3 garments over 13 lbs." "My first load was a large load of lamps. A 20 minute soak will result in a more noticeable clean. Not sure how many sheets to use, I used 3 and set them to soak, which equates to a 10 minute cycle in my washing machine. When I tried to reset my settings, all the water drained out so I wasn't sure about the cleaning ability. I added 3 more leaves and placed them in the lighting settings. It's completely odorless and I usually add an odor enhancer to my washing machine. When I put the washed clothes in the dryer, I noticed that the stain I had pre-treated was completely gone. Everything looked great. I was missing the clean scent I usually get from a scent enhancer. Not too sure of the results as I used 6 towels total, I loaded the towels with 3 towels of detergent. I had 2 large white bath towels, 1 large pink bath towel, 2 washcloths, 3 kitchen towels and 1 hand towel. I used 3 sheets again because there was a blood stain on one of the towels. It was a cut on my arm that I didn't notice until it was dry. I didn't preprocess it. My kitchen towels had bad stains that hadn't come out in previous washes and looked dirty overall. They were expensive and my "signature" kitchen towels because they were pretty good. Not because they were washed with a red towel a few months ago, bloody. Now they have been colored and the white part has turned pink. The quality was still new but the stains and pink color made it look bad. I washed the clothes as usual without soaking them first. This time I added a fragrance enhancer. When the laundry was done, I didn't expect the results I got. The blood stain is 100% gone. I couldn't even tell which towel had the stain. Most of the old stains have been removed from the kitchen towels. Not only that, all pink has been removed. Aside from being made of material that wrinkled easily, they looked fairly new. I was set for mediocre results. With two loads, one quite large, with a soiled shirt and the usual dirt, I ended up with a really clean pile of clothes with no stains. The second load with all the towels and washcloths it all came out, almost all the stains were gone and even the transferred paint was removed. I ended up using 9 sheets of detergent but now that I know I would only use 3 sheets for very large loads or heavily soiled clothes. I absolutely love these detergent sheets.
