I bought a 2 collar version. Within a week, one collar refused to charge, and then the other started buzzing constantly. I requested a replacement set and received it 4 days later. It's been over a week now and both collars are fine. Two minor problems. First, both collars look exactly the same. I used a silver Sharpie pen to mark them 1 and 2. Secondly. From the product description it can be seen that the collar has a light that can be activated remotely. It can't. There are 2 small LEDs that flash every 10 seconds when the device is on. The larger light only activates when one of the control functions is pressed - not very bright and only for a few seconds.
