Luckily, the price of the Revain Prime made this experiment possible to see if a premium HDMI cable would be cheaper than buying one from a big store. In the end, this monster cable worked just as well as my previously purchased Revain Basics cable (for my limited purposes). My 27 inch Samsung HiDef TV (720p) had audio cutouts from time to time. and turning the TV off and on again, I got the sound back every time. So to determine if the problem is with the TV or the HDMI cable, I invested in this monster cable. The TV is still losing sound so cable didn't seem to be the main cause or solution. In short, both cables do the same job, one is cheaper than the other.
