If you have a grandma who likes to sleep with her hands in front of her face, this diaper is for you. It has arms, so there are none of those pesky escapes. The sling also keeps baby as snuggly - like a super nappy with the benefit of an easy nappy change. Our baby has been sleeping over 4 hours since 3 weeks. We only get up once or twice a night and she just turned 1 month old. However, we didn't have to use the outstretched leg version. My only disappointment is that it would have been nice if the leg pocket was a bit longer. Our little one is long and only 4 weeks old (at 2 weeks she was 22 inches), she is stretching her legs to the limit. Too bad because she loves this diaper and sleeps so well in it.
