These duvets are a very good size. Much more than standard receiving blankets. They're nice and thin so they can be a good hiding place when it's warm enough and your baby doesn't need to be too warm, and for swaddling when wrapped around they keep babies out. nice and warm, but the fabric is still breathable and not obtrusive. They don't stretch at all, which is good for swaddling. As a side note, the accent color is coral rather than pink and a more vibrant shade than I was expecting, but I love it!
