After looking over many different toasters, I decided to go with this particular model because it provides the bare minimum of features required at an affordable price. I purchased a silver-colored (steel) option because it is easier to clean and has less lingering scratches. It was essential for my machine to include a display as well as a rotary control for the level of roasting (the time it takes to cook the food can be viewed and altered at any point during the operation). A defrosting and warming up process takes place. The chord is not very long. It is simple to clean.
