Apparently this product derives from a factory/mfg plant that lacks quality control as both rolls had large sections that developed leaks within moments, the leaks were on the seam at the sides (mfg plant)/seams. I would place a value on these rolls of $4.00 per 11 x 100. Quality control is the key here as too why there are good reviews and terrible reviews such as this one I have written. I would have to say those that have manufactured these plastic roll are unreliable and across the tracks as to being reputable, spend your dollars elsewhere as quality and last dime (cheap bastard special)never meet.
