This is not a lightweight hand shower. It definitely has a certain weight. This is normal except that the holder is plastic and I am afraid that over time it will not be able to support the weight of the shower head. The filter works pretty well, preventing particles from clogging tiny holes. It is unscrewed to clean what the filter missed. Flow is good in our system with water pressure between 35 and 55 psi. The water flow feels very "soft" on my skin. In terms of preference, I prefer a stronger jet in the shower. It's nice to have the option and we'll try to install a diverter so we have a choice between a firmer shower head that feels more powerful and this one which is also a bonus for cleaning the shower stall.
