I love Vionic for making open toe shoes, flip flops with proper arch support for people with plantar fasciitis, posterior shin tendinitis. I usually don't need closed Vionics because I just take out the orthopedic insoles and put them on other shoes. I had to buy these shoes because they no longer make the Vionic Addison which I like to wear to work with ankle length skinny pants. I have women's size 6.5W. I wasn't sure what to choose: 6.5W or 7W, so I settled on 7W. Behind it was long, so when walking, the heel slipped up. I ended up keeping them but bought a stick on the back of the heel pad for a snugger fit. I have a 6.5W Vionic Adrie boot that fits me perfectly (7W is too long, heel slips off). I should have gotten 6.5 watts, I was just afraid the toe box would be tight. I get 6W in Vionic peep toe shoes that don't come in half sizes. Overall, I like to combine these work shoes with tight pants. I love the clean, simple look, but wouldn't mind a little more style like the Addison shoes.
