Comfort level is excellent. Pretty soft, good thick pillow, I like to wear it around the house. Two cons of these slippers: 1. They are ugly, so I don't like wearing them around the house, especially when guests come over. It's a bit scary to walk down the wooden stairs in it because I don't have the best grip. Since they have a thick pad, I walk down the stairs much more slowly when I wear them as I can't figure out where the stairs are. When I put them on for the first time, climbing the stairs was definitely a bit uncomfortable.
