Review on 💻 Sabrent 74-in-1 Internal Flash Media Card Reader/Writer: Ultra-Fast USB Port Included (CR-USNT) by John Mceachern

It was cheap so I gave it a try. I bought it for a compact flash reader which is very very small and the card actually has to be inserted upside down to fit. In most readers, 70% of the time the card slides on the guides to guide it properly into the contacts. Not in this block there are no such guides to guide the media card into the contacts, you need a flashlight and a steady hand and PATIENCE, because every time you insert a compact USB stick, it can be the last and chance be bending the contacts is very likely. If you took the card and stuck it in like a USB stick, it would be game over. And to top it off, sometimes you have to remove the media and try 2 or more times to get it to work. (not my medium, it works great in everything else) If that's what you're going to settle for for the price, you know you're going to have trouble with the compact flash connector. If they just made the port deeper it would be nice.
