When attaching these to your truck, be very careful to cut each letter or group from the string as the spacing will not be perfect. Set them separately. Use a hair dryer or heat gun to heat the metal and cement if doing this in cold climates. I believe the instructions cover that part but not the spacing. Otherwise I got exactly what I expected. Recently, another Silverado owner I didn't know lowered his window at a stop light to compliment the tailgate lettering and to ask where he could get this product. Imitation is the best form of flattery, eh.
