I like that it's an easy-to use tool for data scientists who aren't programmers, but still want to get their hands dirty with code & python scripting! The UI can be very clunky (which has been improved since we started using this product).

It does require some knowledge of programming in Python or R which isn't always available at all companies where you work as a Data Scientist - so something else would need to fill those gaps when working w/o IT support from elsewhere within your organization. We are able to quickly create dashboards without needing any technical assistance by our internal team members who have experience building out these types of reports in other tools such as Tableau.
