I like that there are so many choices in tagging as well as ways to build out my ontologies for reporting purposes. The support team is also very responsive, which was not always happening prior to using this tool! There’s definitely room for improvement but it seems everyone else has realized that too - they have recently upgraded their platform with new features and added some additional resources (which will help). We use Fate primarily at work where we track service requests across various departments within our organization. Some examples would entail tracking bugs or tickets from QA vs PM's area. Having all these separate systems can make things confusing when viewing reports / dashboards, especially since every system tracks different tags differently. Using fate helps us bring together those disparate sources into one cohesive overview report/dashboard allowing us to see trends in customer satisfaction. The ability to use historical data with current data, which is very helpful for our business. Nothing really comes to mind as far as dislikes go but I would like more training features available in future releases. We are using this product to increase accuracy of our marketing campaigns. It has been extremely useful thus far! Our team uses it daily to help us decide what products we should be advertising to customers.
