I LOVE this sports bra. I'm 32 B/C and need a sports bra to keep the girls in place during my Orangetheory workouts for super fast sprints on treadmills. It's crazy and distracting when I'm wearing a sports bra that doesn't offer much support while running. I don't want to think about my chest bouncing when I work out - I'd rather focus on doing my best. For a petite 5ft 2in man, a bra with adjustable straps is often too big and loose, even when the straps are at their tightest. This bra had wide, non-adjustable straps so it hugged my shoulders snugly and gave great support. no adjustments are required. Plus, it has molded cups (I prefer not to flaunt my nipples at the gym) with non-removable pads. I hate those stupid triangles of foam that fall out in the wash and can be put back in the bra like a puzzle. GREAT FITNESS BRA!
