Fake products?
The product I received was in the packaging I expected, but the "conditioner" had a different smell and consistency than what I had been using for years. The conditioner balm is supposed to be thick and white and this product was like an off white shiny cheap lotion. There was no seal on the box either, so I returned it. In my photos, on the left is what I used (and I was almost out of product) and on the right is what I received and eventually returned.
