Very useful gadget
These scissors are great if you like julienne/chiffon herbs and you can cut them straight onto your plate. You will need to clean a little more than regular scissors as it has more blades but is not difficult to clean. I also like the color as it stands out and is easy to find in a drawer with other kitchen gadgets.
