Media could not be loaded. I've been using this massager for a few weeks and it's amazing! It's lightweight, not bulky around the neck and doesn't restrict head movement. In fact, you can use this massager while working in the office or walking and doing other things if you like. It has a remote control and the remote control allows you to switch between massage styles, adjust the massage intensity and turn the heating function on and off. The only thing missing from the remote control is the power button. The power switch is located on the side of the massager. Watch the video above for a better understanding of the controls. The intensity of the massage (for me) goes from where I can barely feel it to being too intense after going up a few notches. This allows you to choose the ideal intensity that is comfortable for you. I've read customer complaints that they were "shocked" by this. If you don't have good pad contact with your neck, this will probably suffice. It wouldn't be harmful, but probably not very good. For me, my wife and my mother-in-law, none of us ever had it.
