It's always a good idea to buy a kit from the same manufacturer as the appliance. I made the mistake of going to our local hardware store and buying a general purpose kit (just a set of tank to bowl bolts) and couldn't stop the leak. I bought this US standard kit and the first thing I noticed were washers. flexible rubber and for some strange reason the station wagon had hard rubber discs. Of course it stopped the leak and I'm happy! Oh, and a little bonus: the screws on this one were shorter, which was needed. The universal kit had these ridiculously long screws that took the job a lot longer.
