About two weeks and no problems.
First, don't forget to keep the metal home button bracket safe! This doesn't happen. Aside from my own ignorance causing the issue, this worked great as a replacement for the original, which got cut off during a digitizer swap. Our friend needed an iPad repair. Without this part, it would take weeks to fix due to COVID-19 restrictions. This part arrived quickly and I was able to get it working so the kids could do their schoolwork. Thanks very much!
