Definitely not a 3D paint, more like acrylic in a bottle.
This suggests that it is a 3D fabric colour, it is definitely not. It's pretty much acrylic in a bottle, it was flat, no shape, no 3D effect. I've used the more popular brands of fabric paint, Puffy Paint, and it works great. I only ordered it because it had a wide range of colors. Money for nothing I do not recommend this product
