What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.

About lenses: there is little information about native lenses, reviews and technical specifications are not impressive, their future, like the entire EOS M line, is doubtful, therefore, from my family, I personally used only the 15-45 whale lens. If you shoot video with this lens for a home archive or a conversational blog in fhd, then you will only complain about its aperture, autofocus and stabilization work perfectly. It is possible to use canon ef mount lenses using adapters or speed booster adapters (speed boosters will give you an increase in aperture ratio and reduce crop) I used a viltrox speedbooster on which I installed canon lenses, for canon and Soviet optics with an additional M42 adapter. For shooting video in 4k with manual focus, the speedbooster is a good help, and for taking photos it also helps, but there is a minus - the work of autofocus. Photographers - When used with a speedbooster, prepare for the occasional slight undershoot or overshoot that you'll only notice on the big screen. The touch screen is the bomb. You can not just tap into it, but there is the possibility of full control through the menu. The light sensitivity of the camera - corresponds to its price. My advice to you when shooting a video is not to go up from 100. I made friends with this camera, did not use it in those conditions where it could not fully work out and it did not let me down. I used it to shoot interviews in the studio, from a tripod or stabilizer in 4k. Do not shoot in 4k handheld, do not raise ISO above 800 and do not use handmade clog and other profiles with the prospect of further coloring the video and you will be happy)

Pros
  • does not overheat, excellent autofocus in fhd, good colors, swivel touch screen, microphone input, autonomy, the ability to power through a dummy.
Cons
  • Devilish long-gop, rolling shutter at 4k, no working autofocus at 4k, additional 1.6 crop at 4k, unconvincing native lenses with a dubious future
