Sometimes there isn't an immediate solution for something, but they're always happy to help us. We've been with them for 8 years now, and they have never let us down. Sometimes they take a while to solve a problem, but they always do a great job. We use them for all of our email marketing campaigns, the best and easiest thing is that we can send multiple emails with one click! The customer support team is amazing. They are always willing to help and answer any question I have. Their system is very easy to use and they offer many different services to fit your needs. I haven't found anything that I dislike about their product yet! If you're looking for an all-in-one solution for your email marketing, look no further. We've been able to increase our open rates by over 10% and decrease unsubscribes by over 20%.
