This thermal printer is a complete waste of money. Despite being advertised as an industrial and scientific packaging and shipping labeling equipment, it fails to deliver on its promises. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that the printer's printing speed is painfully slow and the print quality is below average. The only positive aspect of this product is that it's compact in size. Save yourself the time and money, and look for a better solution.
