Excellent set of weights for any fitness leve
I purchased these weights to help me improve my overall fitness, and they have not disappointed. This basic set is great for practically anyone and the price was excellent for what you get. Because they are lighter than some other weights they can be used in lots of exercises. They appear well made and have held up with regular use. The grips feel good to me, no issues there. I would definitely recommend these weights!
